How do I register my child?

UPDATE: S.W.A.M will be returning for winter 2025! Registration will open on December 9th, 2024 and close on December 20th, 2024, while availability remains. We are so excited to see you all again!

Registration for S.W.A.M. is done online only. Those unable to complete the online registration form may contact us via email (saintjohn@swamcanada.ca) in order to request that a S.W.A.M. volunteer register information on their behalf.

Registration for S.W.A.M. is only available in August for the fall session and December for the Winter session. We regret to inform you that we cannot offer early registration to those who contact us outside of the registration dates due to our large volume of returning children.

The first step towards registration with S.W.A.M. is completing the enrolment form above. After submitting this form, you will be contacted by one of our volunteers to ensure you are still interested in having your child participate. Depending on when you submit the form, you can expect to hear from us in either late September or early January.

The entire session’s registration fee ($40) is due on your child’s first day of lessons and is payable at the pool by Cash Only. Our fall session runs from late September to November and our winter session from late January to April. We do not offer lessons during the summer.

Note: If you fill out an enrollment form for the fall session, between August and September, you will be contacted at the beginning of September and if you fill out an enrolment form for the winter session, between October and January, we will contact you at the beginning of January.
